Lynx supports nett contract & dynamic hotel pricing and with Pan Pacific inventory allocations and freesell across a wide range of accommodation, activities and ground transportation throughout Australia & New Zealand, enables instant online confirmation/pricing of customer travel arrangements.

Client partners more comfortable working with us via email have a single point of contact in our FIT Division for quotations, general product enquiries & bookings, and the assurance of working with a highly experienced consultant with many years industry experience & extensive product knowledge.

Irrespective of the booking method, Pan Pacific’s objective is to develop a close, one-on-one relationship with our clients to fully understand and anticipate the needs of their business and customers.


Product Range & Diversity

Pan Pacific works with a wide and diverse range of suppliers, reflecting the varied needs of its client partners. It is not Pan Pacific’s practice to “direct” clients to only using suppliers that offer a greater commercial benefit to us, we work with and recommend those suppliers/products we consider to be most aligned with customer needs.

Product Support

The skilled & experienced services of our Product Support team are available at any time to assist with costings, tactical marketing initiatives, product recommendations, arranging familiarisation programs and other activities in order to support our client partners promote Australia/New Zealand more effectively.

Fortnightly product updates are advised to clients however issues of an urgent nature, such as a weather event disrupting travelling customers, will be advised immediately.


After-hours Customer Assistance

Pan Pacific provides a 24x7 after-hours service in both Australia & New Zealand for customers requiring assistance while travelling. To ensure assistance can be provided quickly and efficiently, the after-hours service is manned by experienced Pan Pacific reservations staff.
